Where is my order?
Once we receive the order confirmation, it may take up to 5-7 days for an order to be shipped. When shipped, you will receive a tracking number via USPS. Major holidays and unforeseen circumstances may cause a delay in delivery.
*Pre-ordered items may take up to 3 weeks for shipment unless stated otherwise.
How do I make a return/exchange?
You have 15 days to return an item once it has been delivered. The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and free of any defects. The customer is responsible for the cost of a return shipping label unless there was an error on our end. You can also make a return/exchange in store at our Del Amo mall location.
If you need to exchange for any reason, please return your item per our refund policy above and include exchange instructions/order number with the return. We do not offer exchanges on out of stock items, if the item is out of stock, then we will refund the item returned. If your item is damaged, please contact our support for assistance.
We are actively looking for new talent to represent our brand. Qualities we look for in an ambassador is a passion for fitness, ambition to stand out and to never settle. Other requirements include having an active Instagram. We also prefer previous customers for this program.
