I totally agree with this article because mu mother in-law has had depression and given medicine for it but it doesn’t seem to help. On the other hand my self I’ve been in depression as well and i have force mu self to work out and it has help me in so many ways mentally, physically and it has improved my self esteem as well. For this and so many ways that exercising has help me i hope it can help others and for them not to believe everything they see in social media because if we want to see results we must head out to the gym and or any kind of physical activity.

I love this blog! I personally struggle with depression and anxiety and I can say that one of the main things that has helped my mental health is exercising. Working on myself is a big part of my healing process and this includes going to the gym!
