Order Status
Where is my order? 

Once we receive the order confirmation, it may take up to 3-5 business days for an order to be shipped. When shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Major holidays and unforeseen circumstances may cause a delay in delivery. 

Pre-Orders may take up to 14 business days to ship unless otherwise stated.

What is a preorder and when will it ship? 

We offer some items for sale before they actually arrive at our warehouse to give our customers a chance to secure their items. It may take up to 14 business days to ship a preorder item unless otherwise stated. Pre-ordered items are only eligible for exchange or store credit if returned within 14 days of delivery. 

Can I change/cancel my order? 

Please contact us immediately if you would like to change/modify your order, as we cannot make any modifications once your order has shipped. Please note that change requests are not guaranteed and it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the order is accurate at checkout.

Order Cancellations must be requested before the order has been shipped. Once shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.

Where is my tracking? 

You will be emailed tracking information once your order has shipped! We may ship via USPS, UPS or DHL Express.

Where do you ship? 

We currently ship to North America (US, Canada, Mexico), Asia (South Korea, Japan, Singapore), Europe (most countries) and Oceania (Australia, New Zealand).

How much does shipping cost? 

Shipping price depends on the weight of the order and location being sent to. Shipping is FREE if you spend $100+ Domestic or $200 international. 

Will I have to pay for customs fees and import duties on international shipments? 

Any import duties and taxes are charged once the package has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the package. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs office.  

What if my package got returned to sender? 

If your package has been returned to sender, then we can send it back out at no extra cost to you. If you think your package has been returned to sender but we have not contacted you, let us know by submitting a ticket using our contact form. We may not be able to send international packages back out, so please ensure you have the correct shipping address at the time of purchase.

When can I expect a Refund? 

You are to submit an RMA Request via our Returns & Exchange Portal; we will then accept / deny the RMA Request liable to the order's circumstances. Once we receive your package, the refund / exchange will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 5 business days.

What does it take to become an Ambassador?

When reviewing our Ambassador Applications, we review the provided Instagram handle to be sure that our qualities align and that you'd make a great fit for the team! Our biggest goal is to promote Mental Health in the fitness industry, so if you are actively promoting your fitness journey, mental health awareness and helping others - we'd love to consider your application.

We DO NOT have a set follower requirement to join, we go based off of morals and your intention in the fitness community.

Wholesale + Bulk Order Inquiries
I am interested in becoming a Titan Retailer / Distributor, what are the needed steps to do this?

We have extremely limited wholesale and bulk order availability, but we are open to discussing possible opportunities! If you are interested in placing a bulk order or becoming an Authorized Titan Retailer, feel free to contact us at Relations@titan.clothing with any and all information you may seem helpful.

We DO offer bulk and wholesale discounts if specific order requirements are met.
